my husband as charged with criminal possetion of a weapon (a backscratcher), endangering the welfare of a child n something else. hes never been in jail, no legal issues record clean. my daughter who has very violent issues admitted to hitting her sister n the one that was hit said her sister did it. the investigator forced him to write n sign a statement as well as discriminating him and put him in county jail. what is the time he could possibly get or will they release him oon parole and house arrest???
