well Im not sure how to start this I have quite a few questions that need to be answered and im very lossed and confused on how the law works. I need to get a divorce and my husband to sign over his right for his daughter that was havent seen in two years almost. Now I know that after 6 months of no contact and no vistis that it is consitter abaondenment of his daughter. I guess what I need to know what do I do to get what I need legally when I have know idea where the person is that I need to server and what to I fill with the court offoce to get a divorce and his to sign over his daughters right?
